Noble — Mid-Autumn Event Concept
Proposed visualisation from the Noble document · Mid-Autumn 2026

The property experience brief

An estate with several separate landscape features needs a clear theme that helps visitors recognise, navigate and enjoy the space. The Noble proposal uses Mid-Autumn traditions to connect existing architecture and public areas.

Creative direction & visual language

Fish lanterns, star lanterns, clouds and a moon form a shared visual vocabulary. Warm light highlights bamboo elements and architectural facades; layered lantern heights lead the eye from the fountain through the street to the stage. Each zone varies this vocabulary to suit its purpose.

Concept package scope

The supplied document includes existing-site views, proposed visualisations, material direction and activity suggestions by zone. This is a design proposal: crowds in the visualisations are not photographs of a completed event or attendance evidence.

  • Festival street & photo spots
  • Stage & bistro
NOBLE / EVENT CONCEPT

One theme. Five spatial roles.

Attract from a distance → enter the street → stop for a photograph → join the programme → linger at the bistro. Every zone has a role in the journey.

01 / CONCEPT ANALYSIS

Fountain: a focal point from a distance

Layered fish and star lanterns frame the existing fountain. Bamboo lines shape the composition, while clouds and a moon hold its visual centre. Lighting turns an existing landmark into a recognisable seasonal focal point.

The 30 m street: a route, not just decoration

Overhead lanterns, tree lighting and banners establish depth along the route. The proposal connects arrival with the stage, placing activities and photo opportunities along the way so the theme remains coherent between zones.

Photo spots: distinct compositions within one theme

The proposal calls for two or three themed photo booths. A recognisable focal point, layered decoration and room for people turn graphic decisions — symbols, colour and scale — into a space visitors can enter and use.

Stage: work with the existing architecture

The proposal reuses the existing parking entrance as a decorated stage setting. Music, games and full-moon activities gather here. Production development must establish operating clearances, access and structural details with the venue team.

Bistro: from festival energy to everyday lifestyle

Café kiosks, outdoor seating and facade lighting offer a quieter pace after the activity areas. They help visitors picture everyday use of the commercial street. The document also proposes crossing guidance and booth themes adjustable to the developer’s requirements.

THE VALUE OF CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT

Help the client choose before committing to production

Align the experience

Visualisations let the client review focal points, photo spots and architecture as one coherent experience rather than isolated decorative items.

Make trade-offs visible

The document favours available materials for a short lead time and acknowledges limited distinctiveness. A useful next design step is to focus bespoke production on the main focal point and standard components on supporting areas.

Resolve production conditions

Dimensions, structure, outdoor power, circulation, programme and budget still require confirmation. The document’s three to five kiosks and two to three photo booths are proposed quantities for discussion, not accepted as-built counts.

Event delivery

How we work towards the outcome

01

Design around the attendee journey

Connect invitations, arrival, programme content and follow-up into a coherent experience.

02

Agree the run sheet and rehearse

Check key moments, stage content, transitions and coordination cues before the event.

03

Assign owners and contingencies

Give each area a contact and agree responses to weather, equipment or schedule changes.

04

Complete the post-event work

Hand over materials, issues and feedback, routing follow-up requests to their owners.
