Developers and distribution floors managed inventory and agent leads across spreadsheets and chat groups; nobody had a single view of what was sold, reserved or available.
Approach
We mapped the distribution workflow with the floor managers, designed the inventory model (project → basket → unit) and built the platform in increments, starting with inventory and lead routing.
What shipped
A production Next.js platform with multi-project inventory, agent lead distribution and transaction tracking, hosted and operated by CTC.
