The VIETRF 2025 context

Đô Thị Laundry joined the Vietnam International Retailtech & Franchise Show 2025 at SECC, in booth F17–18–19. Its event post describes hands-on access to self-service laundry equipment and integrated management and payment solutions. The space needed to support both a quick introduction and deeper conversations about operating a laundry business.

The exhibition challenge

Passing visitors need to understand the offer quickly. Elevated “self-service laundry” signage identifies the business, while real equipment on the open frontage makes the proposition tangible. A yellow-and-blue panel marks the interaction area; tables further inside support longer conversations.

Spatial concept and connected touchpoints

This case examines booth identity, product and experience presentation, and printed collateral. Overhead signage, equipment surrounds, freestanding displays and brochures share a graphic language while serving distinct tasks: attracting attention, explaining the offer and supporting follow-up after the exhibition.

SOLUTION / STRUCTURE & EXPERIENCE

Making a self-service laundry model tangible inside the booth

01

Identity from the aisle

Blue fascia wraps the booth corner, repeating the brand, business category and booth number. The raised mascot helps distinguish the space among competing exhibition signs. At closer range, freestanding displays and the yellow panel shift from attracting attention to explaining the offer: one identity organised by viewing distance.

02

Equipment and experience

Washers and dryers sit at the accessible frontage beside an interaction screen. Visitors can see the equipment, distinguish its functions and discuss operation in one place. For a business model combining machinery with technology, this proximity makes the operational story more tangible than a feature list.

03

Collateral for follow-up

Printed material extends the booth’s colours, shop imagery and graphic language into something visitors can take away. Displays, collateral and discussion space support a clear sequence: recognise the offer, inspect equipment, ask questions and retain information for follow-up.

VALUE & DESIGN DECISIONS

Help visitors understand the model before discussing investment

Brand identity, equipment, operation and advisory information form a connected story. Passing visitors can recognise the service; interested visitors have tangible equipment to inspect and material to revisit.

Why structure it this way?

Organise information by viewing distance and interest: elevated signage for recognition, equipment for exploration, and discussion space and collateral for detail.

Solution scope

Analysis of booth materials and the event post. The case covers exhibition concept and presentation, not equipment or management/payment technology development. No unverified contract, sales or investment outcomes are claimed.
