Launch events that fill a pipeline, not just a room

The event is the middle of the campaign. What happens the week after decides whether it paid off.
A property launch we plan starts six weeks before the day: teaser content, invitation ads, RSVP with a form that already creates a CRM record with the campaign source.
On the day, check-in is a QR scan that marks the record as attended. Every conversation at a sales table ends with a scan that records interest level. Nothing is written on paper.
The morning after, the sales team opens a list sorted by interest with the call script attached, and the marketing team launches the retargeting sequence for people who registered but did not come.
The report two weeks later shows leads, appointments and reservations by source. That is the number the developer paid for.
